Wills Surgery Center in Wilmington, Delaware, a multi-specialty same day surgery center, is currently recruiting for the following positions:
Administrator
Responsible for quality patient care and knowledge of health care regulatory, compliance and accreditation requirements and standards. Requires DE RN license and minimum 5 years of progressive OR management experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
Director of Nursing
Responsible for the daily operations of 2 operating rooms in a multi-specialty setting. Requires DE RN license and strong operating room and management experience.
