Administrator/Receptionist Job in Chepstow NP166DX, Wales UK

Our client, a highly regarded national organisation, is seeking an experienced administrator/receptionist to join their Chepstow office. They offer a competitive benefit package and a warm and welcoming team environment. This role is for 30 hours per week, and the annual salary will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Job Responsibilities:
As an administrator/receptionist, you will be:
* Proof reading and formatting documents using Word and Excel
* Preparing monthly report information
* Letter typing
* General reception duties including dealing with telephone queries, greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, taking in deliveries, and other ad hoc duties.

Preferred Skills:
* Previous experience of administration/reception is essential
* Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience of using Microsoft Powerpoint would be advantageous

* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Must be prepared to be flexible with job duties and support the office as required
