Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full time assistant to handle administrative and personal assistant duties for the CEO. 

 

1.        Manage and schedule all personal appointments for the CEO and work in conjunction with the master scheduler

2.        Experience managing executive travel

3.        Support with all personal well-being including scheduling personal appointments and running errands, etc.

4.        Person must be willing to work early mornings and Sundays as needed, must be able to adapt to a fluid schedule

5.        Fast and heavy typing is required along with extensive notes and minutes taking.

6.        Person must be a self-generative and self-managed individual

7.        Extremely organized and able to manage and make available an extensive library of notes and minutes to the CEO on demand

8.        Must demonstrate having the ability to use good judgment, someone who is self-directed

9.        Can work well on a team and support the rest of the EA staff with projects, etc.

10.    Manage and keep up to date an extensive contact database and related projects

11.    Experience in Microsoft Office 2010, Outlook and Word a must
