The Solution Architect is the key liaison for clients in pre-sales engagements and project implementation. This role is also vital to shaping solutions for bid responses. The Solution Architect ensures that all technical aspects of the project meet the business requirements and conform to the IT strategy, including addressing scalability, reliability, manageability and availability requirements.
Web Content Management (WCM) is an integral component of customer insight solutions, so the Solution Architect must be able to demonstrate experience of integrating WCM as part of broader strategic enterprise programmes.
The successful applicants will be become key members of the team, and will have important roles to play across a number of key areas:
- Proposition development - Contributing to key areas of our overall propositions within the Applied Customer Insight and ECM business areas, investing time and effort in rounding out these propositions, engaging with sales and marketing to deliver these internally and externally.
- Pre-sales assistance - As required to promote our capabilities, developing opportunities with clients and demonstrating credibility prior to receiving an ITT.
- Sales and bid activities - Participation across the sales cycle including preparing demonstrations, developing solutions, supporting completion of proposals including planning and estimating, attending and client meetings and presenting to clients.
- Project implementation activites - Undertaking a senior architect role on implementation projects, specifically focused around Adobe Web Experience Management Software solutions.
- Hand-ons delivery - We require our team to be flexible and adaptable, and the new members will be expected to demonstrate their ability to implement technically challenging solutions as well as undertaking architecture and design.
