The KPMG ASPAC Regional Delivery Center delivers key global services such as integrated business systems, messaging and collaboration tools to KPMG member firms in the Asia Pacific. The Center also maintains the regional level of security in line with global KPMG policies and procedures and acts as the first point of contact for operational information risk and security related matters.

ASPAC Regional Delivery Centre – Adoption Services Senior Manager

Successful candidate will play a significant role in leading the adoption support function in the ASPAC regional adoption service team to support member firm’s implementation of the global systems.

The successful candidate will be:

• defining and analysing business processes and their impact resulting from the adoption of Global ITS products and services

• managing the adoption of global systems in the region.

• coordination with country/business project managers to deliver project’s specified deliverables to agreed targets for time, cost and quality.

• providing guidance to member firms for the adoption if ITS Global products and services via a standard ITS Global adoption methodology.

• managing team members’ effectiveness, efficiencies, recruitment, training and development for performance evaluation.

• providing assistance with the development of documentation for product specific toolkits.

 

Candidate must also be willing to do moderate regional travel. 

The ideal candidate should possess:

• a recognised degree with 8-9 years of relevant experience in an enterprise solution deployment environment.

• strong leadership credential and has experience managing a virtual team across different locations.

• experience in tailoring IT solutions to business needs and applying change management methodologies in a business environment. Experience in professional services and financial services sectors are preferred.

• good knowledge of ASPAC regional structures with the ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds. 

• excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

• strong relationship building skills and excellent presentation skills.

• an attention to details and ability to make rational decisions regarding the escalation of problems.
