Adoptions Engineer Job in Yate, South West Uk
Assistant Engineer/Engineer required to manage developer funded highway infrastructure schemes in line with Highway Legal agreements (Section 38/278/106). The role will require an individual to manage the 'POST PLANNING' technical design approval process in line with national and local guidance and then proceed to inspect and manage the work on-site through to the eventual public adoption for multiple sites.
You will be an engineer with either a background in negotiating adoptions for a developer or local authority, or you could be a design engineer with a consultancy background in development infrastructure schemes.
You will either be at assistant engineer or engineer level
UK working knowledge is imperative as is knowledge of the adoption process for roads and drainage
