Sonepar USA is currently seeking an HR Services Specialist to be responsible for compiling and posting associate time and payroll data. This position may also be involved in computing associates' time/hours worked, be involved with computing and posting wages and deductions as well as prepare paychecks.  Additional duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

·         Process and issue associate paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions

·         Create and run reports out of ADP Payforce

·         Analysis of data in ADP Payforce

·         Provide information to managers and associates on payroll and benefit related issues

·         Record all associate changes, i.e. tax filing, benefits, deductions, etc.

·         Serves as a backup for FMLA, STD, LTD, Military and Unpaid Leaves

·         Responsible for wage attachments

·         Responsible for producing Random and DOT drug testing information on a monthly basis

·         Responsible for responding to all Unemployment inquires

·         Responsible for sending out termination letters regarding company benefits

·         Responsible for COBRA inquiries

·         Responsible for Employment Verifications

·         Timely response to Benefits e-mail inquiries

·         Responsible for scanning documents

·         Responsible for upkeep of Ceridian Time Attendance system

·         Responsible for upkeep of timecard database

 

Requirements include:

·         Experience with ADP Payforce is required

·         Experience running/creating reports through Payforce

·         Extensive experience with Excel (i.e., power queries)

·         High school diploma

 

Preferred skills:

·         Experience processing payroll through Ceridian
