Responsibilities
As an ADT sales rep, you'll make a difference by providing much-needed security products and services that support the well-being of our customers in markets such as small business, custom home, home health and residential.
You bring the drive and we'll teach you everything you need to know. At ADT, you'll receive 12 weeks of training to provide you with the skills, information and tools you'll need to reach your full potential. Qualifications
- 1-2 years prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills
- Flexible style, perseverance, and interpersonal savvy
- Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Available for local travel, nights and weekends, to accommodate customers’ availability
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive
