Seeking qualified professional to join our Team developing, implementing and leading client-focused, integrated, quality services in our local communities. The H Group, B.B.T., Inc. is seeking an 1) ADULT BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES DIRECTOR (#DVD001), West Frankfort, IL, responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating Adult Behavioral Health (substance abuse and mental health) division programs and budgets. Procure funding, delegate responsibility within program services, and direct programmatic strategic planning and functioning. Oversees division budget of approximately $6 million. Requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services related field, five years successful experience with similar program services including supervisory/management duties, and Clinical Licensure (LCPC/LCSW). Strong preference for both substance abuse and mental health services management experience, integrated care experience, as well as grants writing experience.
Candidates must be able to pass background check and drug screening and must be able to utilize electronic equipment/systems, including electronic health record. Minimum annual salary $71,351.
