Job Summary: 
The Partnership for Defense Innovation is seeking an Advanced Computer Security Analyst that will maintain the capability to develop new and innovative processes in network and application development, support, and design. Candidates must possess a firm understanding of network and computer infrastructures, with demonstrated ability to learn and apply critical thinking to a variety of situations. Applicants must be a subject matter expert in the technical domains of application and network vulnerabilities, with the ability to apply security best practices and standard methodologies to complex problems.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Duties and responsibilities include conducting security threat/vulnerability assessment of applications, and technologies through ethical hacking, automated web scanning and source code analysis.  Analyst will also develop and implement methodologies and tools to process and analyze network events; keeping abreast of the latest technologies and network security engineering prevailing practices. Analyst will recommend and implement technologies and processes to improve efficiency and enhance productivity. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to impart knowledge through formal and informal methods are essential. Some travel is required.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience required; prior military experience is preferred but not required, contingent upon years of teaching experience in government contracting or other defense related work.

GIAC Forensics certifications (GSNA GREM) desired but not required based experience

Executive presence is required with excellent communication skills, both oral and written; must present outstanding interpersonal skills and teaching ability.

Must be able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
