Responsible for assisting the Ad Sales Teams in preparing sales presentations with strong emphasis on qualitative and quantitative research in an individual contributor capacity. Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, helps put the power of on air, online and on demand media to use for local, regional and national spot advertisers. We are focused on moving the advertising industry forward with advanced technologies and innovative products to reach, engage and connect with audiences most effectively and efficiently. Tasks: - Performs customized research and analysis for tailored pieces and presentations for Ad Sales. All pieces and presentations must follow appropriate philosophy and brand. - Creates materials from research tools to highlight trends, rankings, demographics, and ratings. - Gathers data and information for research and maintains databases, reports, spreadsheets, etc. -Assists in coordinating software/activities with associates across national, regional, and local Ad Sales departments. - Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports and distributes them as assigned. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
