This university - ranked among the Top 50 in the world - seeks a senior fundraiser to lead the strategic development of its impressive annual-giving program. A thrilling opportunity for a performance-proven annual-giving specialist, this role mandates an expert understanding of segmented direct marketing and outstanding creative writing skills.
A consummate communicator and talented copywriter, you have a deep understanding of annual-giving protocols gained through prior fundraising roles - one of which ideally involved higher education.
With the goal of building a base of enduring philanthropic support for this progressive, high-energy organisation, you’ll lead a team as you plan and implement tactical fundraising initiatives designed to encourage philanthropic support from the University community. Among these will be persuasive collateral to drive direct mail appeals, online solicitations, telephone approaches and other means of personal cultivation.
Free to ‘own’ the University’s annual-gifting portfolio, you’ll develop ambitious growth and retention strategies that cement lasting relationships with colleagues and community.
