Amazon.com is building a comprehensive set of highly targeted advertising programs of which Product Ads is a key component. A cost per click product advertising program, Product Ads has a growing base of advertisers and an exciting roadmap of new products.
In support of this growth, we are building a team of energetic and smart associates to drive advertiser success. Working with existing advertisers, you will be responsible for retention and reactivation of accounts. You'll work with a wide range of businesses to eliminate blockers to their success and drive greater commitment and results.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be well organized juggling multiple advertisers with different issues at any one time. Technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, your verbal and written communication skills are polished and you have a knack for being able clearly explain an issue and path to resolution quickly and succinctly. Your commitment to the success of your advertisers is strong and you'll have a proven record of working to productivity and output goals.

Key Responsibilities :
As an Advertiser Success Associate you'll be responsible for the following:
- Management of a pipeline of advertisers working to resolve a wide range of issues each week meeting productivity and output goals.
- Communication with support, sales, onboarding, technology and business teams to identify the root cause of issues and deliver the optimal solution and experience to each advertiser.
- Maintain accurate and efficient records to track advertiser contacts, resolutions and outcomes.
- Ongoing contribution to innovation and simplification contributing to the build out and success of this new team.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with clients, ideally advertisers
- Excellent written and oral communication
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge with of MS Office tools, Internet Navigation and the ability to learn new tools and programs quickly
- Ability to build rapport with a broad range of people internally and externally
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com
