Advertising Account Services Manager/ROI Consulting Manager

TechTarget is seeking an Advertising Account Services Manager who will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing programs for TechTarget clients using TechTarget's marketing vehicles. The Advertising Account Services Manager will apply experience with traditional marketing models (integration and reach and frequency, etc) to TechTarget's marketing mix to create effective, results-oriented programs for TechTarget clients. He/She will also possess skills necessary to build client relationships and augment the sales organization in setting-up renewals for business. 

Essential Job Functions: 

·         Interest in cultivating long-term client relationships;

·         Work with Global Sales Account Executives to create proposals and programs that meet our clients' needs and challenges;

·         Oversee implementation of the program, report results, and continue to hone the program so that it meets or beats expectations;

·         Communicating progress to the client in a way that deepens our understanding of the client’s goals and structure; and,

·         Conducting campaign analysis that ensures customer success and present results in a way that maximizes their benefit to the customer;

·         Ability to present program concepts and consult with clients or their business as it relates to online advertising and TechTarget media.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

·         Strong sales orientation and a thorough understanding of classical marketing, digital and social advertising in B2B environment;

·         Thorough understanding of role of media in overall marketing mix;

·         Must be able to analyze TechTarget's clients' situations and apply strategic marketing ideas and implementation plans to meet challenges;

·         Must be able to measure results of efforts;

·         Strong communication skills and client-ready presentation skills;

·         Solid understanding of Internet marketing tools and their role in marketing mix. Extremely strong writing skills;

·         Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (in addition to proficiency in standard MS Office programs.);

·         Deep understanding of TechTarget marketing vehicles and value proposition;

·         Ability to communicate value/benefit of overall and specific TechTarget marketing vehicles; and

·         Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience
