    Job Summary:

    Management of the The New Home Guide sales, operations, and production. Responsible for budgeted revenue goals set for the market and adherence to business guidelines as set forth by CSI.

    Essential Functions:

    Sales
    1. Actively sell, service and renew accounts for specified market account base.
    2. Provide direction and support including goal setting with Sales Executives and Account Executives.
    3. Monitors competition.
    4. Monitor Sales Hub to ensure accurate data is available for evaluation and management of sales people.
    5. Utilizes Sales Prep to provide team with current tools, sales materials and evaluation of skills.
    6. Active participation in related industry organizations.
    7. Conduct product seminars and orientations.

    Personnel
    1. Responsible for hiring and training market personnel.
    2. Conduct annual evaluations and periodic reviews of staff.
    3. Responsible for the motivation, coaching and on-going development of staff.

    Operations
    1. Responsible for the development and adherence to market budgets, revenue goals, customer count goals and other market goals as assigned and the reporting of such to Regional Management.
    2. Monitor contracts, commissions, sales/service activities of Sales Executives and Account Executives.
    3. Monitor all monthly reports to ensure clear, consistent communication of market progress to Regional and Corporate Management.

    Production
    1. Monitor and oversee production of the guides to ensure deadlines are met and to implement appropriate cost controls.
    2. Monitor the guides for adherence to format as dictated by Corporate.

    Assist and perform other miscellaneous duties, special projects as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Interacts with all levels of Publications, EGG staff, DistribuTech management, and Corporate personnel.
