Macquarie Private Wealth (MPW) provides comprehensive advice to Macquarie's retail clients in Australia and New Zealand. Services include strategic financial planning, stockbroking and private office services.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to provide high level support to two senior financial advisers and their clients.
Responsibilities
- Wide range of administrative duties
- Portfolio Reviews
- Liaising with clients via email and phone
- Liaising with insurers, SMSF and other third parties.
- Organising small scale marketing events for key clientele.
- Client file maintenance
Success in this role;
- High level of professionalism and communication skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task proficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications
- Working towards DFP
- Thrive in a high pressure environment
