This position can be based in any CVS Caremark mail order facility.
The Advisor, Pharmacy Operations Mail Order is responsible for the quantitative analysis of current and proposed PBM initiatives. The individual will be required to conduct complex analysis and develop succinct business cases to clearly communicate key recommendations to senior leadership. This is a high level analytical role that uses problem solving and business judgment that will directly impact the bottom line through its’ recommendations.
Often this role will start with little to no data and will have to make a robust recommendation based on economic implications found through the analytical process. This role will work with senior PBM leadership to present findings and influence next steps. They will work as a strategy consultant on a variety of strategic initiatives.
Successful candidate will must be very proficient in the PBM Mail processes in areas of the operations as it pertains to the overall design, logic and client/customer voice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Perform advanced quantitative analyses (e.g., spreadsheet modeling, statistical analysis, etc)
2) Provide modeling support to assess value of key pipeline opportunities
3) Develop presentations to communicate key findings and summarize key insight
4) Effectively communicate presentations to various levels of the PBM organization
Pharm D. required.
2+ years at a senior strategy consulting firm.
3-5 years demonstrated analytical skills.
Knowledge of the PBM and retail industry preferred.
9+ years of project management and/or business analysis experience in PBM or related industry.
