Paul Mitchell the School - MTI College is looking for a talented and experienced Future Professional Advisor to join our growing team.
Our Future Professional Advisor works in a high-energy, fast-paced school / salon atmosphere, guiding our students through the innovative learning process we offer. The successful candidate is a confident, energetic, and happy professional, providing ongoing coaching, redirection, encouragement, and active game planning with 160+ students regarding their attendance, academic progress, and behavior on campus. Strong Administrative and Data Management or CRM Systems skills are also key.
We look forward to hearing from an experienced professional with strong communication skills, a very positive attitude, and a desire to be involved in this high-energy environment with our creative Cosmetology students. Prior experience as a counselor or student dean is preferred. Experience in the Cosmetology industry is also preferred. Experience in the Paul Mitchell system is preferred but other experience will also be considered.
Competitive compensation and benefits are offered for this Full Time position, which requires some days, evenings, and Saturdays.
