Advisory Manager

This Top 10 Accountancy Firm are seeking an ACA Qualified Advisory Manager to lead the expansion of their Public Sector Assurance offering in the North West.

You will play a significant role in the development of sales propositions, working with senior colleagues while taking responsibility for managing, ensuring productivity targets are met and staff are developed;attend client initiation meetings, prepares project initiation documents and takes the lead role in coordinating consulting work streams;
provides additional support to clients from time-to-time in delivering their projects, which may include project planning and management of the procurement administrative processes.

You will be responsible for the appraisal and mentoring of executives giving regular feedback, timely appraisals and providing development opportunities, whilst being familiar with relevant training and development options.

As an Assurance Advisory Manager you will have;

• An undergraduate degree
• Previous experience in a consulting / advisory environment
• Thorough knowledge of consulting process and environment with knowledge of the public sector, in particular in one or more area of the local government, fire and police sector sectors.
• Accomplished at report writing and should be capable of developing outline business cases; baseline reviews, strategy development and implementation and delivery plans
