The incumbent is required to:
- Serve as primary point of contact globally to our Sales channels, Client Services, Consultant Relations and Marketing (Non-U.S. Local Marketing and U.S. Global Product Marketing) providing training and technical support around process/system/workflow tools as well as customer service issue resolution.
- Liaise with and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for global clients providing product, platform, and business line knowledge, including valuable insight on the most efficient solution to fulfill marketing material requests.
- Provide platinum-level customer service through development and maintenance of strategic relationships with key business resources, project stakeholders, and global business partners.
- Analyzes on-demand client requests, determining available resources and collaborating with key stakeholders to effectively direct global clients to the most efficient and effective solution for their marketing material needs.
- Interacts professionally with global clients and business partners (i.e. Global Product Marketing, Global RFP, Advisory Services and Retirement Marketing, etc.) to clearly understand ongoing business needs and goals.
- Onboards new client and business partner relationships globally, reaching out to advertise our services and express departmental competencies and scalability.
- Reviews and fulfills on-demand standard global client requesters as well as reviews and assigns custom and ad hoc/other marketing materials to global client requests to maintain deliverables, resources and costs.
- Manages the requests fulfillment site by ensuring accurate scheduling, naming conventions, categorizations, assignees, and project/task communications inputs so requests are in real time.
- Provides analysis of workflow procedures, systems, and tools, recommending efficiencies to achieve optimal productivity.
- Provides cross-functional support during peak update schedules as well as for special projects and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a financial industry working in a business, marketing, project management or client service management environment
- FINRA Series 6, CFP or equivalent would be beneficial
- Proven success in marketing materials management to drive quality, productivity, and responsiveness to business/client needs
- Exposure to multiple global business partner types (i.e., Institutional, Retail, non-U.S.) as well as experience with cross-functional and multi-channel teams (i.e., sales/marketing, client service, management, legal, performance, data) at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of creating training plans and materials as well as training methods
- Ability to build, maintain, and enhance cooperative working relationships and work across a global, multi-product line organization
- Ability to foster a strong service-orientation and serve in an advisory capacity so can provide direction to global client and business partners
- Ability to manage conflict, challenge others whilst remaining as a role model/mentor and flexible to new and changing situations
- Effective and persuasive interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent listening and negotiating skills.
- Independent, excellent problem solving skills following established policies and procedures. Will act as a central; resource for global clients and team members in regards to problem resolution, troubleshooting, and creative brainstorming
- Advanced organizational, time management, customer service, and administrative skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent PC skills knowledge including advanced use of Microsoft Office products (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Solid proofreading skills
- Detail oriented able to maintain confidentiality
- May be required to travel to and from FTI offices
