Aerospace Engineer Job in Greenville 29601, South Carolina US
Avenger is seeking a motivated and experienced Aerospace Engineer to assist in on-going stress and fatigue/damage tolerance analysis work at our Greenville, SC location. Position is a long term contract position with paid time off allowance.
Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to design and analyze structural repairs on Part 23 and 25 aircraft. Candidate will coordinate repairs with the Customer line mechanics/Quality Department as well as Avenger Aircraft FAA Certification personnel (DERs). Decision making capability for repair design and analysis is required.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in either Civil, Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering with an accredited university and 5+ years of experience on structural analysis or design. MRB experience a plus.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
