Aerospace Engineering Recruiter, Greensboro, NC (27410) -Contract to direct opportunity. -Out of area candidates may be considered; potential relocation assistance available for extremely strong candidates. -KSN 11609830 / BH 457144 RESPONSIBILITIES: -This role will focus on the recruitment of exempt level positions. - Assist with the high volume recruitment process by developing, implementing and maintaining a creative recruiting strategy for the business units to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to provide an effective pool of candidates. -Facilitates/implements staffing process with hiring manager and applicants while complying with OFCCP regulations. -Educates and trains internal and external customers on the staffing process. -As a team, works to identify and evaluate qualified candidates to present to hiring manager for review. -Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with applicants through the staffing process. -Conducts candidate interviews. -Assists employee relations on recruiting analysis such as turnover ratio. -Participates with on-boarding of new hires such as ?Meet and Greet? activities on 1st day and 1st week. -Assists with external recruiting events. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: -Stable work history required. -3 years of previous technical recruiting experience. -2 years of engineering recruiting experience. -Strong knowledge of corporate compliance issues and employment law. -Thorough knowledge of applicant tracking systems. PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: -Strong previous aerospace engineering experience. -Previous experience with TALEO ATS system. REQUIRED EDUCATION: -Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
