AFNet Technical School Support Subject Matter Expert NCI: As the AFNet Technical School Support Subject Mateer Expert (SME), this position will provide engineering support for the Air Force AFNet training systems at Keesler AFB, MS. Highlights of Responsibilities Provide engineering support for the Air Force AFNet training systems. Support all Microsoft systems/OSes, Active Directory, NetIQ, EMC IONIX, Remedy, Sidewinder G-2 firewalls, Symantec Mail Security, Comm Vault back-up system, AF 2GWLAN system, IBM NetCool, IBM Site Protector and Scanner, BlueCoat Mail appliances, Cisco, NIKSUN traffic analyzers, VMWare, VLMS, and Symantec Mail Relay. Liaison with ESC and AFNet PMO on a regular basis. Requirements US Citizenship required. Active Secret Security clearance. CCNA certification required. Preferred Education and Experience MCSE or MCITP certification. VMWare certified professional. Four year Degree in Computer Science or related field.
