About the Job
Experience and a Food Hygiene certificate is preferred but training can be provided for this. Duties include cooking main meals from scratch for up to 30 people from fresh ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and all other associated tasks. Must be able to prepare salads, meals and desserts as well as carrying out cleaning tasks. Will be required to supervise all shifts, carrying out appropriate paperwork.
