Our client is one of the leading companies in Performance Marketing with a huge reach across Email, Display, and Social Media. For two years running they have been one of the fastest growing companies in the US. With their new head quarters in central London they have a growing European and global presence and seek a dynamic Digital Agency Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will be to bring on new clients (both Direct and Agency) ready to spend budget on a CPA or CPM basis. The Account Management team will grow the campaigns thereafter with your direction. Your primary focus will be to ensure revenue opportunities are being maximised and instigate mutli channel and multi country deals with Tier 1 Agencies.
Your profile:
You have a firm understanding of online marketing and its underlying metrics (CPA, CPM, eCPM.) You have established contacts in one or more of the following areas (Email, Lead Generation, Affiliates) and are looking to expand your online knowledge by understanding other sectors.
Responsibilities:
§ Bringing on new Direct Clients and Agencies to spend CPA / CPM budget across Email, Lead Generation and Affiliate distribution platforms
§ Making sales calls and booking meetings
§ Working with Account Management teams to grow existing revenue
§ Creating new revenue streams through creative commercial deals
§ Establishing and possibly managing a Sales team

Salary
Base of £40,000 + 3% commission on sales brought in by you (for the first six months of that clients revenue). This commission is uncapped.
