Agency Sales Manager - Digital | Leading Publisher | South London | £40k - £55k An amazing opportunity has come up for an Agency Sales Manager for a leading Publisher based in London. We are looking for ambitious, passionate digital expert to be a part of the one multi-platform elite agency sales team. You will act the "Player Manager", responsible for key agencies. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries and sell creative solutions to west-end agencies on display, tablet and mobile. There are realistic confident growth plans which you will be part of, including managing and growing the agency sales team. Key responsibilities:Developing long term strategic partnerships with key customers, working with the Creative Solutions Manager to deliver compelling solutionsOwn the relationships at senior level within the agencies and enable the Agency Sales Director and other key staff (Product, Marketing) gain these relationships to help you deliver growth across your agency setDirect responsibility for one key agency in your team and the development of its revenues and relationshipManagement of any Trading agreementsBudgets and forecastingYou will be comfortable with both internal and external industry data and able to use to build pitchesPerformance management and coaching of sales teamProspecting and Business DevelopmentMonthly Board ReportRoll out of new products to agencies within the sales team working with Product Manager - DisplayWorking with AdOperations to ensure delivery and optimisation of campaigns forecasting Experience required:Need to be creative with a fresh outlook!Proven track record in Agency sales to digital media agenciesMust have worked in online/cross platform and developed a network of agency contacts as well as an in-depth knowledge of the agency landscapeStrong commercial mindPeople management experienceUnderstanding of budgets, forecasting and performance managementProven record of Strategic planning and delivery If you are looking for either your next step up or a fresh challenge with a market leader, then this is for you!
