£14,000 - £15,000 per annum

Our Client, a leading firm within their industry, is looking to recruit an Agent Support Executive to join their already established team building and developing relationships with Estate Agents, Clients and Customers.

Working within an open plan, contact centre environment you will be based within a small team of Customer Agents where your role will be to take inbound calls and enquiries in order to ensure the “Lead Portal” remains in full use and is working to its maximum potential on behalf of the clients and suppliers. You will also provide additional all round support within the department covering the areas and tasks detailed below:

Working within a busy customer service role you will be responsible for:
• Taking inbound calls and managing email inbox queries from Estate Agents, Clients and other internal departments.
• Accurately deal with queries, complaints and questions regarding the business systems, processes and services in a timely fashion.
• Provide training to new and existing agencies where required on the company’s external websites and identify any training needs from existing users.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the Team Leader where necessary.
• To maintain the Agent incentive scheme to encourage and increase referrals to the business.
• Deliver complete, accurate, new business set ups in a timely manner.
• Organise and maintain the existing agent databases to include individual agent users, entities and brands.
• Accurately process and progress Internal Searches and Search Orders for Key accounts providing support and exceptional customer service.
• Take responsibility for managing invoicing through the system.
• Accurately progress Auction Packs, liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure all elements are returned in a timely manner.
• Contacting clients to take payment for searches.

Responsibilities:
• To display a confident and professional telephone manner at all times.
• Provide a first-class front line customer support to end customers and Estate Agents
• Develop affective business relationships and proactively manage key agent accounts.

Key qualities essential to your success in this role are: a proven background within an contact centre environment, excellent listening, rapport and relationship building skills, an organised and methodical mind-set, and a desire to be successful within your role. Additionally, you must demonstrate ambition, drive, and confidence in your own abilities and the ability to excel within the role.

In return for your proven abilities, hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £14,000 - £15,000 per annum, additionally, this company also offers a fantastic benefits package.
