Our client, an independent mutual life insurance company that has been in business for the past 100 years, is hiring! They are looking for an Agent Support Specialist who will adhere to their high standards of quality and integrity. This full time, contract-to-hire opportunity is offering competitive pay and a first shift schedule Monday-Friday. Responsibilities:
- Provide Agent Support coverage, handling 45+ calls a day
- Administer and complete new business follow up and other various support duties
- Provide sufficient documentation and tracking of progress and status of all programs
- Must maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills which convey flexibility and empathy with the ability to transform negative interactions into positive ones
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong ability to learn new things quickly and maintain advanced knowledge of preneed market and insurance products
- Previous insurance experience highly desirable
