Aggregator & Retention Manager

A fantastic award winning Insurance company with a focus on developing its’ staff and driving growth are looking to recruit an Aggregator Retention Manager for a senior position within the direct distribution team.

With dual responsibility for managing the aggregator channel and retaining existing customers this position has an interesting aspect in considering two elements that can be considered as quite separate by some insurers. Working with all the major aggregators you will aim to hit commercial targets for revenue and profitability through this channel. To assist with this you will have a highly analytical direct report to provide much of the necessary data. An additional report will work with you to deliver retention strategy across direct distribution product lines (a mix of Motor and Home Insurance). This strategy will aim to deliver reduced churn whilst maintaining or improving profit margins. A large part of this responsibility will be working with test and learn and A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.

You will be a graduate or have equivalent qualification with previous experience of managing relationships with senior level business partners or having worked for an aggregator site. Highly numerate you will understand how to maximise commercial agreements to create win/win scenarios you will also have the analytical skills to understand whether the company is optimising returns from such agreements. Experience of retaining customers and maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities is also important as are top class communication skills. Experience of Insurance or wider Financial Services will be of considerable benefit.

As we receive such a high volume of applications every day, regretfully, we are only able to respond to successful candidates who will be contacted within two working days.
