Agile Business Analyst

Agile Business Analyst - Software - Travel - Project Life-Cycle - Crawley - £300 per day responsible for analysing requirements and contribute to the successful running of projects. Ideally you will have a strong appreciation for Agile methods and follow practises such as Scrum in an iterative development environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will come from a software background with experience within the travel industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Agile methodology and to assess business models and their integration with technology. The contract will initially be for 6 months and likely to roll for 2-3 years.

Responsibilities include:

The Business Analyst will analyse and document business processes

Day to day management of change requests in relation to project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met

Contribution to on-going improvements in business processes including reporting of business development activities

Responsible for writing requirements, specifications and design and product specification within a software context

Seek creative and innovative solutions to business problems

What I'm looking for:

Previous exposure to practises such as SCRUM and a Waterfall are advantageous

Experience working as a Business Analyst at all stages of the project life cycle

Workshop facilitation with different levels of stakeholders

The Business Analyst will have excellent written and oral communication skills

Flexibility and motivation to meet tight deadlines when required

The Business Analyst will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
