Agile Java Developer – Middle Office recruitment

Very important to this role is to have strong experience of Agile inparticular Pair Programming and TDD.

We are looking for very strong Core Java that has been developed during a [INVALID-WORD]career in the Investment Banking sector.

This is a multi year Greenfield project to replace our clients existing processing platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

 • Requirement analysis estimation

• Technical requirements analysis design, development and deployment

• Creation and maintenance of automated tests (unit QA)

• Educating mentoring less experienced OOP team members using methods such as informal training, pair programming etc
