Key Role:
Help to transform the client organization into a high performing enterprise as an Agile Systems Engineer. Apply experience in Agile environments as a former Scrum Master, systems engineer, systems integrator, developer, tester, or project manager to work closely with clients to provide instructional, coaching, and mentoring support to project teams using Agile methodologies. Interface with client PMs, senior client managers, software development teams, and other contractor staff to introduce Agile management practices to client organizations. Work with multiple client project teams and commercial groups to bridge the gap between the client and the commercial world.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with systems engineering
-1+ years of experience on project(s) using Agile methodologies
-Experience in working with the intelligence community
-Experience with providing consulting advice to project teams based on lessons learned and previous know-how
-Ability to work in teams and embed with clients
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with business process analysis and development
-BA or BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field
-Certified Scrum Master
-Project Management Professional Certification
Clearance:
