The Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of existing customers. The challenge of the role will be to grow the portfolio via the acquisition of new customers, while maintaining and growing opportunities with the existing customer group. The target customer groups include Agribusiness enterprise and generally, these customers will have total business "funds under management" of between $1m and $10m. The focus of this position is to identify and satisfy customer needs by exceeding expectations, rapidly grow the business through new customer acquisition and increase our share of wallet of existing customers. This needs to be done whilst managing the associated credit and operational risks. The role enjoys the support of an Assistant Manager.
