Agribusiness Manager recruitment
This role would suit candidates with an interest and background in Agribusiness who are currently based or open to relocating to Rockhampton. This newly created role will report into the Regional General Manager and will be managing a portfolio of clients with a strong focus of growing the region. Working in conjunction with the executive management team you will be responsible for the formation and execution of marketing and business plan as well as analysis of the portfolio results including recognizing and correcting areas where performance lapses.
When applying for the role candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a relationship manager role with a proven track record dealing with clients across a broad range of agricultural industries. A positive and proactive approach will benefit you greatly, as will exceptional communication and motivation.
