Agricultural Business Banking Trainee

Hired directly for a formal business banking training program. Discipline areas include: credit, non-credit, consumer sales, partner sales, sales skills and functional training. Receive training and assist business bankers in financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, preparing support documentation, pricing and structuring. Participate in customer and prospect sales calls. Upon successful completion of the training program will be placed within the business banking function. Will be in job for up to 18 months.
