Through a combination of growth and succession planning, our client now requires experienced Arable Agronomists to join their business.
Although it would be ideal if the agronomist had an existing customer group in the region, the business also has a number of farmers requiring agronomic support due to retirement so there is plenty of opportunity for the right candidate. Our client is looking for experience but is focused on ensuring any member of the team shares their focus on personal service and independent advice that creates long term relationships rather than day to day sales. They point out that it’s a technical sales business but commercial success only comes after excellent technical consultancy.
Agronomists with at least 3 years of arable experience in the UK can expect freedom and industry leading rewards as well as the opportunity to become a key member of the management team as the business continues to grow.
