Job Description Overview: AECOM Environment is seeking a mid to senior level air quality engineer or technical specialist for a full-time position in its Fort Collins, Colorado office who has knowledge of regulatory air quality requirements. The individual would be part of a team of 30+ air quality specialists at this location, and would have a substantial opportunity for receiving mentoring and growth within this important and expanding fast-paced field. Duties: Prepare various technical analyses associated with emissions from industrial sources. Analysis would include calculating emissions, reviewing control technologies, data analyses, and compliance with regulatory air quality requirements. Conduct regulatory analyses for large and small projects and grow in responsibility based on skills, experience, and performance. Develop and maintain knowledge of technical and regulatory air quality issues. Grow or develop his or her own specialty in the long run. Requirements: Bachelorrsquo;s degree in an appropriate field (engineering, science, math) 5 to 10 years of experience. Must have standard computer skills, including the use of spreadsheets and word processing software. Strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable.
