Water Jet Operator (2nd shift)

Responsibilities
•Demonstrated experience Fabricating production parts using water cutting and other applicable processes.
•Set up and operate individual jobs on commercial parts (SPOP322) and military hardware (SPOP750,749)
•Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
•Use design and layouts to operate a high-pressure abrasive water jet machine to clean aircraft parts.
•Experience conducting equipment checks and maintenance at proper intervals.
•Ability to maintain and insure that all associated documentation is accurate.
•Ability to audit use of safety devices, equipment and general production floor housekeeping.
•Responsible for conforming to the company's quality system procedures as documented.
•Ability to track all work performed and record in manufacturing order as required.

Requirements
•High School Diploma at minimum.
•Experience working in aerospace production strongly preferred.
•2 + years of experience operating Water Jet equipment.
•Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively.
•Must be open to working 2nd shift hours, and overtime, as needed.
•Demonstrate experience using measurement tools (scales, calipers, and others)
•Working evening shift from 3pm - 11pm. (Training is on first 6am - 3pm)
