AIS Specialist Sr - Custody (Job Number: 1305562)
Description
Assists supervisor in the management of daily workflow, and insuring compliance with customer internal and external requirements. Oversees daily activities including: trade processing, document review, file maintenance, periodic customer reporting as well as all other client demands relative to account administration. Deals with clients on requirements with respect to subscriptions, redemptions and related reporting. Analyzes systems issues and client requirements. Develops and documents specifications for systems applications, liaises with technology to implement changes, then performs user acceptance testing to insure they are working correctly. Serve as subject matter expert for other custody staff. Individual should be a college graduate preferably with a concentration in business
Qualifications
Position requires a minimum of 4-6 years experience within the Hedge Fund or related securities processing industry with a demonstrated fundamental knowledge of most activities associated with the fund of funds sector. Individual must possess leadership, communication and basic accounting skills. Position requires significant interface with senior management team and often needs to make decisions relative to the day to day operation. Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and technical operations.
