Description

The Team Manager IRR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of work performed by their staff of Investor Relations Representatives. This includes the review and verification of all subscriptions, redemptions, and the production of confirmations and statements. In addition, Team Manager IRRs are expected to attend and contribute to client and operational meetings. A strong familiarity with the workings of hedge funds and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executives, staff members, and investors is essential for the Team Manager IRR.Word, Excel, PowerPoint and technical operations.

Qualifications

BS or BA in a business related field preferred. 6 plus years experience in Financial Services, preferably Investor Relations in a complex industry such as alternative investments and 1-3 years experience managing people. Knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory issues, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering policies as governed by the USA Patriot Act. Superior oral and written communication skills. Proven customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS
