We have an immediate need for an AIX LVM Remote Tech Support

Job Description:

General Skills Needed:
1) Vendor Employees must possess a working technical knowledge of IBM AIX (LVM). Examples of the equipment type(s)/method(s) or processes are:
KERNEL
--In depth knowledge of AIX LVM, JFS, and ODM concepts.
--Ability to diagnose pSeries booting and system initialization problems.
--Knowledge of cron, permissions, umasks, ACLs, and vi.
--Ability to setup accounting and auditing, and interpret data output.
--Working knowledge of the AIX error logging subsystem, fsck and defragfs commands.
--Ability to diagnose login problems.
--Overview of AIX LVM tracing and reporting.
--Understand concepts of AIX LVM mirroring, striping, and concurrent volume groups.
--Knowledge of differences between JFS and JFS2, 32-bit and 64-bit kernels and environments.
--Familiarity with RS/6000 pSeries hardware, including Regatta LPARs.
2) The Vendor Employee must possess general computer and keyboard skills
