Algo Trader & Software Engineer position recruitment
Junior algo traders are responsible for the operation, improvement and on going design the automated trading strategies.
To be qualified for the role, you need to have:
1. Excellent test scores and high academic marks
2. Proficiency in Excel and VBA
3. Top-class problem solving skills
4. Extremely strong in mathematics with programming skill is a BIG plus
5. Ideally with a hard science background
The software engineers are responsible for coding trading models by developing and perfecting proprietary algorithms running on high performance electronic trading platform.
To be qualified for the role, you need to have:
1. "Hardcore" JAVA programming skill
2. Strong in mathematis, background in math, physics, statistics is a BIG plus
3. Experience in distributed and high concurrent systems as well as low-latency systems
4. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
