Our Client is a leading Global Investment Bank who is looking for extremely strong and capable developers to join their well established team.
The developer will be responsible to build strong working relationships with the Quants and traders – gathering user requirements, designing solutions, taking into account cost and delays constraints, agreed with both IT management and head of desk, The developer will also Implement, test and deploy the software solution within agreed constraints.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining algo trading systems and applications for electronic trading team in Asia
- Supporting the electronic trading infrastructure
- Liaising IT vendors with respect to outsourcing, buying third-party products and licenses
- Liaising with the front office traders, compliance, operations group to build the applications
- Providing first line of support for the electronic trading group.
Requirement
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong C++ /C# /Core Java developers
- Multithreading Experience
- Business knowledge of Cash Equity is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
- Familiarity with Agile or extreme programming practices
