Service Desk Team Leader
£14.63 per hour
A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Service Desk Team Leader join their busy and expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for the coaching and development of a team of Customer Care Professionals, you’ll play an integral part in developing your team, providing structured feedback to improve their experience and effectiveness whilst ensuring that they are delivering exceptional service. This exciting role will involve you working in a fast-paced contact centre environment where you’ll have responsibility for leading, coaching and motivating your team whilst making informed decisions. Reporting to Service Desk Delivery Manager you will be expected to follow established operational standards and must be completely focused on providing outstanding customer-service to employees and contractors.
This position does not have managerial duties, but is expected to prioritise issues among the team and give guidance where necessary.
You will have a minimum two years in a supervisory position with good a understanding and working knowledge of IT desktop concepts, be PC Literate and have the ability to use standard MS Office applications, in particular Excel. We are looking for excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and understand the customer’s need, in a busy and pressured environment.
