Alstom e-Terra Settlements Support

The Bridge Energy Group is looking for an Alstom e-Terra Settlements resource to provide Support and Maintenance for the platform over the next 12-24 months.

You will have hands on familiarity with the e-Terra Settlements Application to provide run the engine Maintenance and Support.

* Tier 2 (Super User) support * take problem tickets and troubleshoot to resolve user reported application/data issues
o Help desk (Tier 1) takes call and creates problem ticket. Vendor (Alstom) will provide Tier 3 escalation support as needed.
* Support the planning, deployment and testing for new vendor releases and patches
* Support the planning, deployment and testing for new OS and application security patches
* Support the planning, deployment and testing for server hardware upgrades (may require app installation and configuration set up from scratch on new server hardware)
* Skills Recommended:
o Good system-architecture knowledge and troubleshooting is important; i.e. understanding the application architecture, system to system communications between web, app and db
o Super User level knowledge of the functionality one or more of the systems
o SQL Server DB experience
o Previous developer experience a plus to understand the applications at a deployment level, how to check into the database, how the application is installed and configured, etc.
o .NET, SQL Server, ColdFusion
