We are currently seeking an Ambulatory Services Director ndash; Training who will be responsible for directing the clinical, operational and financial activities for outpatient practices within the Medicine, Maternal Child Health and/or Surgical service lines for the Medical Center, as well as directing the outpatient registration and training activities across all ambulatory sites. The Ambulatory Services Director ndash; Training must demonstrate a strong, positive, highly collaborative leadership style in working with physicians, other medical center departments, management, faculty and other stakeholders to ensure: Timely patient access to care Operational efficiency Practice productivity Fiscal Integrity Regulatory compliance Patient Satisfaction The Ambulatory Services Director ndash; Training must demonstrate understanding of organizational dynamics, and clear written and oral communication skills.
