AMCAT Dialler Analyst Job in Stockport, North West Uk
My highly regarded client is looking for an AMCAT Dialler Analyst to start immediately in their Stockport office.
The successful candidate will require the following experience;
Previous experience of all contact centre technology including ACD, Amcat Dialler, Campaign Management, Modelling and Report technology.
Proficient with MS office and Outbound dialling terminology.
Experience at writing, analysing and presenting outbound and inbound dialling management information.
A proven track record in problem solving through troubleshooting and fault resolution.
