Asset Management International (AMI) is a London-based UK asset management subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. Job Purpose
Working as a member of the busy BNY Mellon Presentation team, the Presentations Executive will be responsible for the completion of presentation packs and other marketing materials in support of sales pitches, marketing and client services for specific departments. Speed, accuracy and excellent time management are a must in a busy and vibrant environment.
In this role the candidate would provide backup to the Presentations manager and, as such, would assume a certain amount of responsibility in the department. Experience in a similar role would be preferable, but not essential. Ideally the candidate must have a hunger and a keenness to add value to the department and to the business.
The Presentations Executive must be able to respond immediately and effectively to the demands of the business, so multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise are essential. Stand out presentations are required for bespoke clients across a multi boutique model which necessitates creativity, ingenuity and animation.
Core hours are 9am to 5pm, however, the presentation team needs to be slightly flexible in order to ensure coverage to meet a shift in focus based on priorities.

- Excel 2007
- Word 2007
The role also encompasses other desk top publishing tasks and therefore the candidate would preferably be proficient with:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
Job specific Competencies
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible approach is essential, team player and proactive to team needs
- Capable of dealing directly with clients and meeting strict deadlines
- Previous experience in the financial industry and with fund and performance data would be an advantage, but is not essential. Some knowledge of, and a passionate interest in, the investment management industry will be expected
