Leading Bank is looking for an AML Assurance Manager to join their team
Reporting to the Head of AML/STF Assurance, responsible for delivery and coordination of AML/STF assurance reviews across the division. The role holder will undertake targeted assurance reviews and work with local Assurance Monitoring teams to track and input into local assurance activities. The role holder will also contribute to the ongoing development of the AML/STF assurance programme within the division.
Key Responsibilities
Execute thematic AML/STF assurance reviews across the division, work with local Assurance Monitoring teams to ensure appropriate AML/STF assurance activities are undertaken.

Experience: Relevant experience for the role
Experience in an Assurance role within a major financial services firm
Experience in thematic reviews
Excellent understanding of risk control frameworks
Excellent understanding of assurance / auditing techniques
Excellent knowledge of regulatory risk management and reporting processes
Robust and broad understanding of AML/STF risk management within a major global financial services firm
Experience of identifying, assessing and recommending mitigations for AML/STF business risks within a major financial services firm General banking/financial services backgroundGood stakeholder management experience including the ability to present compelling arguments and evidence for control enhancements
