AML Change Project Manager/Business Analyst recruitment
A Major Global Investment Bank is looking for an AML Project Manager/Business Analyst. The AML Project Manager/Business Analyst will join a large, complex and high-profile business function tasked with making numerous business improvements across an expanding Regulatory Risk and Compliance Function. The Project Manager/Business Analyst will work closely with the senior Delivery team across various workstreams to administer best practice and enhanced Business Processes.
Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate significant end-to-end AML experience in a change/Projects environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Strategically Identify Policies/Procedures/Processes that need improving/implementing across multiple workstreams
•Take ownership of building and design Globally agreed Standards and Controls
•Work closely with the Senior Delivery team to enhance business processes and best practice.
Required Experience
•Advanced experience in AML
•Supplementary experience across KYC, Sanctions, Onboarding, Exits etc is highly desirable
•Extremely strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
•MUST have extensive E2E Project experience
•Must have proven experience in managing the delivery for a project or work stream
•Strong Business Analysis experience across Policy and Business Process change
Candidates must have Banking and AML experience for this role
